He, along with fellow NBPPer Jerry
Jackson, were accused of old-fashioned
voter intimidation at a Philadelphia
polling place on Election Day 2008.
After the election, the Justice
Department brought a voter-intimidation
case against the NBPP and that's where
J. Christian Adams comes in. Adams
and his Department of Justice
colleagues began building the case but,
before they could collect enough
evidence, the superiors in the Justice
Department told him and his colleagues
to drop the case. Oh, by the way, he was
also a guest of President Obama's at
the White House in 2009.
